– Pierce Marshall and Eric Foss in Run Group D and Run Group A winner Todd Treffert Secure Repeat Victories in The Second Running of HSR Road Atlanta Classic 10 Hour
BRASELTON, Georgia (September 20, 2026) – A pair of repeat and first-time winners reached the top step of the podium in HSR Classic Endurance Championship presented by Mission Foods competition this weekend during the second running of the HSR Road Atlanta Classic 10 Hour, held Saturday and Sunday at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta (MRRA).
The HSR Road Atlanta Classic 10 Hour presented by Mission Foods was the second round the 2026 HSR Classic Endurance Championship that features four “tribute events” celebrating the biggest and longest-running sports car endurance races in the United States. Honoring IMSA’s season-ending 10-hour endurance race that runs in two weeks at Michelin Raceway, the HSR Classic 10 Hour featured four different Run Groups, each taking to the 2.54-mile Georgia road course for three segments over the course of the weekend.
Run Groups A and B kicked off Sunday’s final slate of Classic 10 Hour races with competitors from both divisions returning for their final joint race of the weekend. Fall-Line Motorsports team owner and driver Mark Boden and teammate Troy Monthye continued their perfect weekend aboard the Fall-Line 2011 No. 280 Porsche 997 GT3 Cup, sweeping all three races overall and in Group B to claim their first HSR Classic Endurance victories.
Reigning 2025 Historic GT Classic Endurance Champion Todd Treffert also put together three consistent segments, converting his Group A pole into victory aboard his 1972 No. 14 Porsche 911 S/T. Treffert scored his second consecutive HSR Road Atlanta Classic 10 Hour Group win.
Treffert faced a challenge from fellow 901 Shop stablemate David Agretelis in the 1972 No. 66 Porsche 911 S/T, who mounted a bid for the Group A lead midway through Sunday’s third and final segment.
Agretelis, a Vintage GT Classic Endurance Champion last year in his own right, ultimately finished second, securing his second consecutive Group A podium at the HSR Road Atlanta Classic 10 Hour. Mitch Eitel and Mark Hamilton Peters completed an all-2025 HSR Classic Endurance Champion Group A podium in third aboard their 1970 No. 49 Chevron B16.
A similar in-team battle unfolded midway through the final Group B segment, with AJR Heritage Motorsports teammates Damon DeSantis and Ricky Park fighting for podium positions. DeSantis, driving the 1974 No. 82 Porsche 911 Carrera RSR, held on to second, while Park, behind the wheel of the 1973 No. 44 Porsche 911 RSR, completed the Group B podium in third.
Group C produced one of the weekend’s most competitive battles between brothers and 901 Shop teammates Andrew Myers and Ben Myers. Ben Myers, the most recent GT Moderns (GTM) Classic Endurance winner in June’s HSR Watkins Glen Classic 6 Hour, traded positions with his older brother in the closing minutes of Sunday’s final segment.
While Ben Myers ultimately crossed the line in his 2017 No. 29 Porsche 991.2 GT3 first in the final round, Andrew’s consistency in his 2018 No. 51 Porsche 991.2 GT3 Cup saw him secure the Group C victory and his first HSR Classic Endurance win ahead of his brother in second in another 1-2 finish for 901 Shop.
Boden, who had been in contention for a podium as a driver in both Groups B and C, ultimately secured the dual-result accomplishment as a team owner. Cameron Lawrence and co-driver Greg Schermer rallied into the top three in Group C after starting Sunday a lap down, completing Fall Line Motorsports’ strong weekend across both divisions aboard their 2017 No. 218 Porsche 991.2 GT3 Cup.
Run Group D concluded the weekend in similar fashion to the previous three run groups. After leading the opening two segments aboard their Matador Motorsports 2017 No. 01 Cadillac Dallara DPi, Pierce Marshall and Eric Foss faced increased pressure for the top step in the final race from a similar Cadillac DPi piloted by Juan Gonzalez, his nephew Roberto Gonzalez and three-time Rolex 24 winner Butch Leitzinger. The trio challenged Marshall and Foss throughout the closing run, but the Matador Motorsports duo and reigning HSR Classic Endurance Modern Prototype champions ultimately held off the charge to become repeat HSR Road Atlanta Classic 10 Hour winners in Run Group D.
The Gonzalez family and Leitzinger held on to second aboard their Mission Foods 2017 No. 81 Cadillac Dallara DPi, while Guy Cosmo and John Reisman claimed the final podium spot in third aboard their Hudson Historics 2020 No. 74 Ligier JS P320.
