BRASELTON, Georgia (April 24, 2026) – This weekend’s 48th running of the HSR The Mitty presented by Hagerty will be featured in four hours of livestream coverage and more this Saturday, April 25, live from Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. The most comprehensive broadcast offering in the nearly 50-year history of HSR’s oldest and first blockbuster race, Saturday’s programming is being produced by industry leaders Greenlight Television in a partnership with HSR.

Live from Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, programming begins at 1 30 p.m. EDT this Saturday and runs straight through to 4:30 p.m. EDT. Anchor coverage of the livestream is available on the HSR and IMSA YouTube Channels and on RACER.com, RACER+ and the RACER Network that will broadcast every minute of the programming.

The HSR The Mitty production follows last November’s successful programming produced by Greenlight and HSR from the 11th HSR Classic 24 Hour Daytona presented by Mission Foods at Daytona International Speedway. Across over six hours of live coverage, the HSR Classic Daytona 24 Hour amassed well over 100,000 viewers across its online platforms, as well as over 29,000 minutes viewed on the RACER Network.

The talent team for the Mitty features popular broadcaster Jonathan Green (above right) as the host in the booth and experienced “roving reporter” and pit reporter talent Matt Yocum (above left). Following the format of the Classic 24, Saturday’s four-hour show offers high quality race coverage, in-depth features and live “in the booth” guests offering insight from both the track and the paddock.

Mazda is the Featured Marque of this weekend’s 48th HSR The Mitty and plays a starring role in both the race and feature coverage. The day’s first covered races will be the Mazda Feature race at 2 p.m. EDT for Spec Miata and Spec MX-5 (SMX) competitors. Also in the spotlight at the HSR The Mitty is a pair of sprints for the HSR Grand Prix Classics run group in collaboration with Monoposto Racing, which joins HSR for a shared passion to preserve and celebrate the heritage of “single-seater” open-wheel road racing.

The packed broadcast schedule also includes sprint races for HSR Mission GT Challenge presented by Pirelli for modern GT machines retired from contemporary competition, the HSR Vintage Cup presented by SascoSports for small displacement production cars and sports racers and the HSR Legacy Racers for big bore GT cars and larger sports racers.
