New to HSR?  Please be sure to complete the license packet in its entirety, packets turned in with missing documentation may cause a delay in processing.  Applying new members who do not have a current competition license that is recognized by HSR, may have their license issued provisionally.  A provisional license will be held until the first event with HSR has been completed and the applicant has been observed on-track by HSR's Competition Staff.
