HSR General Code and Regulations
The HSR Code and Regulations define the HSR policies concerning eligibility and the basic requirements that apply to all cars considered for race entry. Included are: Policy, Vehicle Eligibility, Driver Safety Requirements, Race Car Safety Equipment and Preparation Standards.

HSR Required Documentation
Race Car Information Sheet (RCIS) ~ All cars new to HSR, with new ownership or with significant changes must submit an RCIS before their entry for an event will be processed. The RCIS only needs to be submitted once as long as ownership and specifications remain the same.

Since engine specifications and displacement are vital for proper classification, HSR requests an Engine Certification Form (ECF) be submitted each year.

The HSR Supplemental Regulations define the required specifications for specific Makes & Models and Series requirements.

The HSR Tire Specifications lists the approved tires that are permitted for the various group, categories and models. This list will be updated on a regular basis depending on availability and suitability of new products.
